留學東京的作家，台灣藝術研究會（《福爾摩沙》）同人，以日文寫作。〈天亮前的戀愛故事〉以綿密的心理獨白見長、現代主義色彩濃厚，〈戇伯〉〈殘雪〉別具風格。才情早發卻客死東京，是新文學裡最特異的抒情聲音。
